Pour 1 grande pizza

Temps de préparation : 5 min
Temps de cuisson : 5 min

• 1 pâte à pizza
• 125 g de ricotta
• 1 boule de mozzarella de bufflonne
• 1 oeuf
• 6 tranches de coppa
• 2 poignées de roquette
• quelques feuilles de basilic
• 1 filet d’huile d’olive
• sel, poivre

Préchauffer le four à 250°C.
