Encore un dessert de mon enfance gourmande ! Les pommes au four posées sur une biscotte et remplies de cassonade et d’une noisette de beurre… La cassonade que j’utilise est belge et ne ressemble pas du tout à ce que nous proposent les marques françaises. Ici la texture est fondante à souhait et la saveur est tout à fait particulière pour ne pas dire indescriptible, un vrai bonheur sur le pain perdu (prochainement je ferai un post sur le pain perdu), dans les yaourts et sur les crêpes. Moi j’en trouve au supermarché du coin parce que j’habite tout près de la Belgique mais je ne suis pas sure qu’on la trouve dans le reste de la France ! Dommage.

Pour 4 personnes

• 4 pommes à cuire
• 4 biscottes
• 4 cuil à soupe de cassonade
• 4 noisettes de beurre

Préchauffer le four à 200°C. Laver les pommes et les évider avec un vide-pomme. Sur la plaque du four déposer les biscottes sur 4 petits carrés de papier sulfurisé. Sur chaque biscotte déposer une pomme. Remplir le centre de la pomme avec une cuillère cassonade et une noisette de beurre. Enfourner pour environ 30 min (les pommes doivent être fondues sous leur peau qui commence à craqueler et le mélange cassonade-sucre se caramélise sur la biscotte).
