Recette de waterzoï de poulet
pour 4 personnes
Temps de préparation : 30 min
Temps de cuisson : 1 h ou 20 min à l’autocuiseur
• 4 blancs de poulet
• 1 poireau
• 2 carottes
• 2 navets
• 1 bouquet de persil
• 50 g de beurre
• 1 oignon
• 2-3 clous de girofle
• 1 bouquet garni
• 1 litre de bouillon de volaille
• 20 cl de crème fraîche
• 2 jaunes d’oeuf
Couper le poulet en morceaux. Eplucher et couper les légumes en morceaux. Emincer les 3/4 de l’oignon et piquer les clous de girofle sur le 1/4 restant. Ciseler le persil. Dans une cocotte faire suer les légumes et l’oignon dans le beurre pendant 10 minutes. Ajouter le poulet, saler, poivrer et ajouter la moitié du persil. Laisser cuire 10 minutes à feu doux. Mouiller avec le bouillon, ajouter le bouquet garni, rectifier l’assaisonnement et cuire à couvert pendant 40 minutes environ (ou 15 minutes à l’autocuiseur). Lier le bouillon avec la crème fraîche et les jaunes d’oeuf. Ajouter le reste de persil haché et servir bien chaud dans des bols, des assiettes creuses ou encore dans des mini-cocottes individuelles (comme sur la photo) accompagné de pain grillé
Pour un repas complet, on peut servir le waterzoï avec du riz, des pommes de terre vapeur ou des frites ET une bonne bière.
