Soupe Laksa au potimarron…
ou la deuxième édition du carnet de recette orchestré par Griottes !
Vous avez apprécié le premier carnet de recettes réalisé cet été sur une variation autour de la tarte framboise myrtille. Voici le numéro d’automne auquel ont participé, cette fois, neuf blogueuses. La recette choisie est une soupe laksa au potimarron (une recette de Jamie Oliver) et comme pour la première édition, le petit jeu a consisté à ajouter chacune notre grain de sel à la recette en y ajoutant un ingrédient mystère. Encore une fois, Griottes nous a offert un magnifique graphisme pour mettre en page nos photos. Voici le résultat.

Mon ingrédient mystère :
Quand j’ai ouvert le potimarron j’ai été très déçue de constater qu’il y avait beaucoup de graines mais pas beaucoup de chair. J’avais même pas les 600 g nécessaire à la réalisation de la recette. Du coup j’ai eu l’idée de rajouter quelques pommes comme ingrédient mystère et le résultat fut plus que satisfaisant ! La pomme se marrie très bien avec le potimarron et le côté un peu sucré de cette soupe. Au niveau de la réalisation, je n’ai mis que la moitié du lait de coco dans la soupe. Le reste du lait de coco je l’ai monté en émulsion et j’ai également fait griller les graines au four.

J’ai adoré cette soupe au parfums exotiques et à la consistance très épaisse (presque un risotto !) et j’ai voulu le retranscrire dans la photo en plantant des tiges de citronnelle qui tiennent toutes seules. Pour rappeler de manière un peu décalée le potimarron j’ai dessiné le feuillage du cucurbitacé à la craie mais c’est plutôt discret !
Comme la première fois, cet exercice m’a beaucoup amusée. Merci Griottes et merci les filles !
